We bought our first toy hauler from Jim and the guys here at epic rv. When we picked it up we were a given a packet of manuals and information along with a cell phone number to reach the owner Jim at anytime 24 hours a day if we had a problem with the trailer. The first time out we had a problem with the fridge I called Jim and let him know what was going on. He put me on with one of the service techs and began troubleshooting. We came to realize it was the circuit board inside the fridge and we had to bring it in to get replaced. We decided to go on the trip and use an ice chest for the food and stuff. On our last day I called Jim and asked if we could bring it by so they can take a look, he said no problem. I showed up at 4:00 p.m., 1/2 hour before they closed and 2 service guys came in diagnosed the problem and replaced the circuit board. We were back on the road in 25 min. Seems a lot of these places lack on customer service these days, but epic rv sets the bar high. I would highly recommended these guys based on customer service, integrity, and the willingness to back the products they sell.
